Sinus Augmentation is recognized to be one of the most predictable procedures for dental implant placement in the severely atrophic posterior maxilla. Dr. Ziv Mazor discusses how to achieve successful results by creating bone in the posterior maxilla with osseointegration maintaining occlusal function under load.
