All-On-Four Protocol - The Technique and Reality Presented by George V. Duello, DDS, MS
In this presentation, Dr. Duello will focus on the specific clinical technique of the All On Four procedure. The webinar will introduce the indications, clinical exams, and pre-surgical preparations for All On Four. Next the actual surgical procedures will be highlighted using either analog/manual or computer aided guided surgery. Following the surgical placement of the implant, the viewer will be taken into the prosthetic rehabilitation of the patient with immediate loading of the all acrylic conversion prosthesis or laboratory fabricated immediate prosthesis. In the final segment, the construction of the final fixed hybrid screw retained prosthesis will be presented by Dr. George Duello.

Immediate Molar Implant Placement With Superwide Diameter Implant Presented by Samuel Lee, DDS
Salvation of failing molars are now a clinical dilemma due to cost and predictability. Therefore most dental clinicians prefer extraction, healing, than placing of the implant. However, this often involves socket preservation and delayed approach due to technical difficulties in placement of an implant at the septum of the molar extraction site. Dr. Lee will present a new techique utilizing a trephine to collect autogenous bone, and placement of a superwide implant 6-8mm in diameter to fill up the extraction site.

Managing the Extraction Site - Optimal Preservation and Enhancement Techniques Presented by Michael Sonick, DMD
There is rarely a day that clinicians do not have to deal with an extraction site. If implant therapy is a consideration, then bone and soft tissue quantity and quality must be factored into treatment options. The ideal opportunity for bone preservation exists at the time of tooth extraction. All too often this opportunity is lost. Extraction techniques will be demonstrated that not only preserve but augment the amount of alveolar bone. The importance of piezosurgery, atraumatic surgical technique, the use of bone grafts, resorbable membranes and growth factors will be elucidated along with soft tissue enhancement.
