Vijay...If we study the radiographs and visualize both the pulp and thickness of enamel there should not be sensitivity...However should a tooth surface become sensitive, I would advise giving the patient MI Paste or apply Gluma (Heraeus).

James....in the time allotment I had for this video my main goal was to tell dentists to teach their hygienist to help discover these types of wear problems that they see every day but tend to overlook. Discussing etiology and alternative treatments would have resulted in a considerably longer video. In other videos I have created in the past I have stressed alternative additive treatments so you are certainly correct. It is a comprehensive problem that has various treatment options. I just showed one conservative one for this video.
