Your protocol includes Emdogain, any particular reason?
What do you think about using Alloderm for Free Gingival Grafting?
If oclusal trauma is the reason for the problem, would you treat ii first?

Emad; Absolutely. I would perform an Autologous Free Gingival Graft in that situation. It is a procedure that I believe is under-utilized especially in that specific indication where it is the the treatment of choice.
