欠損歯即時治療におけるテクノロジーの役割 Part2
解説:
Utilizing case presentations in this second of a two part series, Dr. Jack Krauser outlines a thorough review of the available state of the art digital technology that can be combined and utilized to plan and deliver immediate restorations in both partially and fully edentulous patients. In addition, a step-by-step flow chart for the utilization of virtual computer planning, guided surgery and CAD/CAM technology help facilitate the precise and clinically efficient fabrication and delivery of provisional as well as final restorations.

One of the most useful, clear and smooth presentations I ´ve seen on the subject. Worth to watch twice.

I've done several lower over denture guided cases- I am wondering how you handle the uneven crestal areas where the implant emerges- do you place the implant level with the lowest area of bone planning on the bone resorbing to that level?

Comprehensive Management of Implant Anchorage in the Multidisciplinary Patient
In recent years, dental implants have become an accepted method of replacing missing teeth. Today millions of implants are placed annually to rehabilitate and reestablish patients’ occlusions. However, in many of these individuals, the teeth may be in less than ideal position to accept the integration of single implants or groups of implants with the remaining teeth. Many of these patients could benefit from orthodontics to reposition malposed teeth to enhance the overall occlusal scheme. However,…

Introducing Choukroun’s Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) to the Reconstructive Surgery Milieu
Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), developed in France
by Choukroun et al (2001), is a second generation
platelet concentrate widely used to
accelerate soft and hard tissue healing. Its advantages
over the better known platelet-rich plasma
(PRP) include ease of preparation/application, minimal
expense, and lack of biochemical modification
(no bovine thrombin or anticoagulant is required).
PRF is a strictly autologous fibrin matrix containing
a large quantity of platelet and leukocyte cytokines.
This article serves as an introduction to the PRF
“concept” and its potential clinical applications.
